Warm welcome to our Lucid Artis roster and big thanks to C-Rock for The Lucid Podcast 038…

1. Lucidflow: How does a creative day look/feel like for you?

getting up, drinking good coffee, cooking good food, meeting/talking with friends and my family, some sports of course, riding bike, playing soccer, tennis and the most importing thig: Enjoying music, all kinds of music. Jazz, Rock, Indie, House and Techno. I have no certain rituals, there are too many things that inspire me and most of my days look very different. Which is good, somehow ;)

2. Lucidflow: How do you hinder yourself in being creative?

well, bad people, bad moods, bad moves, people who are egocentric and not paying attention to other peoples lives and needs really suck up my energy. I am trying to be happy without making other people unhappy… most of the times this concept works out ;)

It rarely happens that I am in the studio and there is nothing coming out of my mind and hands. I have to admit this happens sometimes however I try to avoid the above standing downers to make sure my soul-battery has enough energy.

3. Lucidflow: how do you support yourself in being creative?

good food and sports and staying open minded in all areas are the main ingredients to feed my creative soul. And friends of course. Friendship and family is a gift, we should worship this, everyday, every second. Seeing other places all around the world and meet new people can be inspiring. And of course, the earth itself can be an amazing source of creativity. Seeing/feeling the ocean or the mountains, different exciting places and the energy these places have feed my brain xxl.

4. Lucidflow: How did you come across Lucidflow?

to be honest, I cannot remember ;)

I’ve followed the Lucidflow stuff over the last years and after all this time it feels like I know Nadja meanwhile, just by telling from what she does, writes, say, releases and so on. Music is a universal language and a very good tool of communication and understanding. I had this before with Brett Johnson from Dallas, Nacho Marco from Valencia, Ino and Grobas from La Coruña and many other people.

5. Lucidflow: Tell us one of your greatest wishes:

peace and health, as simple as big but almost illusionary. Of course there are other personal needs and wishes however I really think that health for me and my family and friends is the most important thing you can wish for.

6. Lucidflow: Anything else you would spread to the Lucid world?

happiness, for yourself and for other people, is the key of life! Unfortunately ;)
