This is a weapon of a tune to make the dance floor shuffle 10/10 for this release. That sound being of the deep and stripped back variety but still maintaining a constant groove which only Klartraum can provide with clinical precision. I sometimes get very sceptical with remixes of very very good originals, but both Grunbox and Nadja have done this track justice. Grünbox provides the funky tribal percussion to perfection. Nadja’s remix is the pick out of the bunch for me. Her trademark stripped back bubbly percussion works so well and emphasises the deep flowing melody which was the essential ingredient to this tracks success. Seriously this is an essential tune, which will definitely never leave my record box for a long long time to come 10/10 for this release :)” (will chart)

Where the Klartraum original swells up and absorbs you, Grunbox’ remix catches you on a high and slams you straight into the thick of the action. With horns that are half locomotive and half ancient the track is both mechanical and tribal. Propelled by frenzied cow bell bashing it makes for an unhinged dance floor work out.
Nadja reimagines the Klartraum work with a typically spacious, smooth piece of industrial techno. The track’s devils are in the details, tiny pulses build into a lurching, kaleidoscopic rhythm, peppering the bleak soundscape with flecks of colour while allowing the drums to pummel mercilessly beneath.

Demonstrates the brilliance of Lucidfow as a whole in how they bring the swing within a genre which can be generally conformed to productions which are too calculated and constrained. This track is deep and low slung. Perfect warm up material Deep Invitation using its off kilter percussive arrangement and melancholic chords provides a great ride throughout. Structure is fantastic,creating passages where you can mix and layer effortlessly which is essential quality I look for in all productions Paul Lorraine showcases an absolute corker of a remix. Low slung locked grooves marinated in bubbling fx and bass stabbs. Paul has been a great signing to the Lucidflow stable, and he certainly demonstrates why here Nadja’s remix definitely focuses on the marriage between dark and light passage of sounds. Crazy dark bongo styled rhythms begin this journey until the breakdown which opens up to blissful tones and great spoken word samples and carries on throughout the whole track CDT’s take on drunken divine would have to be the most stripped back affair out of the lot at first. Then out of nowhere he creates a broken beat masterpiece with juggling drum patterns and swirling melodies. Great work here. I think they are all equally great productions, but if I had to pick one track that would have to be Drunken Divine.
