Trick or treat? …finally we have a special 1h live treat from Helmut Ebritsch on The Lucid Podcast!

Interview:
1. Lucidflow: How does a creative day look/feel like for you?

Having a good idea or jamming around. Something new appears out of nothing.
That’s a creative day. Most of the time it feels energizing.

2. Lucidflow: How do you hinder yourself in being creative?
Too much Facebook, email or business related stuff. Following old patterns or mind loops.
Discounting of my music or losing myself in hopelessness.

3. Lucidflow: how do you support yourself in being creative?
Just do it. The more creative i’m the more creative i get. Practicing helps me to get faster in to creative mood. Shadow work helps to free some stored energy in body and psychic system.

4. Lucidflow: How did you come across Lucidflow?
I don’t know it just was a very good idea.

5. Lucidflow: Tell us one of your greatest wishes:
The first time i talked to god i had 3 wishes
1. Money
2. A Girlfriend
3. A Car

I got all 3 things, but i wasn’t specific enough.
1. Didn’t make me happy because i didn’t know what to do with it at that time.
2. Was fun but didn’t make me happy.
3. As soon i got it, it lost it’s attractiveness – i sold it as soon i moved to berlin

Since that i’m very careful with wishes, it could get true. First i have to figure out to wish for the right things.

6. Lucidflow: If you had an infinite amount of time and money what would you do?:
The same thing just on a bigger scale. Maybe help educating about electronic music.

7. Lucidflow: Anything else you’d like to spread to the Lucid world?
I really like music and sound – i recommend Beyerdynamic T-1 Headphones !

8. Lucidflow: You recently released your brilliant Album ‘Souls Transmitting’. What’s behind the title and can you tell us a little about your working process and the titles?
My definition of soul is the energy that makes us alive. A soul line is for me a individual with a history of ancestors. Between this lines it is possible to transmit “in-form-ations”. Very emotional or intense events are the points there this “transmission” is happening. Music has a huge power to transmit certain states and energies. The album should lead to a flow state and i think it is capable of doing so. It is made for deep listeners but it also works on the dancefloor.
My work process is nothing special, no secrets involved. I just try not to lose myself in details and follow more and more my intentions and sparks of inspirations.
I personally do not care if a sound is analog or digital or which tool is used to record it. I’m interested in the vibe that is generated through a track.
Melodies Of Power – this is the working title of the album and an introduction of epic proportions – bigger as the self – seen as a building it would be a huge white castle
Ecstatic Truth – about a peak expierence in my life
Souls Transmitting – dark , multi dimensional, rich, more as it seems, very intimate, the story of my life
ReStructure – calming down, flow, peace, meditation
Flamingo Park – David Lynch style, being lost in a “normal” environment, everything looks normal but is still totally scary, a tribute to a visit to the “Tierpark” (Zoo) Berlin
Emptiness – opening the gate to the stateless state
Sleep In Your Dream – Everyday we go to sleep in our dream – did you every try to go sleeping in your dreams ?
Observer – a tribute to the detached observer, sometimes feels like a safe place – but it is not very warm there
Revelations – oh the secrets of consciousness reveal themselves going deeper and deeper
Emerging – new things/experiences appear never thought to be possible by the mind – complete unknown experiences are there to be expierenced
Empowerment – bringing the power back , deciding every moment without restrictions – being responsible with knowing myself
Deep Invitation – please follow the music into the depths of your soul
Alive – I’m alive
Souls Transmuting – Mutation, freeing old stuff from the past, letting demons go, new realities shining throu
