KLARTRAUM – Pain Relief Remixes (Silicone Soul, D. Diggler, Brickman, Steve Pottz) Lucidflow LF379

Dark sub-frequencies pulsed like gravitational waves, the night flashing iridescent as heat lifted into slow-moving steam and the air thickened into liquid rhythm.

There was a moment in techno when sound felt alive — metallic and fluid at once. Air shimmering with pressure. Kickdrums pulsing through concrete. Low-end spreading through the room like invisible gravity, pulling bodies into orbit. Raw, unfiltered catharsis.

In that atmosphere, Klartraum’s “Pain Relief” surged through the underground.

Released on Lucidflow in 2010, Pain Relief marked a defining chapter for the Klartraum-duo Nadja Lind and Helmut Ebritsch— and for the global techno underground.
It reached No.1 in the charts of Maetrik / Maceo Plex and Steve Rachmad, rippling across the global scene with its rolling hypnosis, sensual tension and unmistakable emotional charge. It became a defining statement of that era — deep, human, magnetic.

Even Hernan Cattaneo was so inspired that he created his own edit — a clear signal of how far the track had travelled. And the story stretches further still: another interpretation by Hernan alongside Anton Tumas and Jamie Stevens already exists — a powerful collaboration forming the next chapter, to be revealed next year.

Now the cycle completes itself.

At the beginning stood Silicone Soul, whose remix helped ignite the first wave. It’s hypnotic, yes — but charged with momentum and pulse, built to move bodies into ecstatic release.

D. Diggler injects raw propulsion — tight drums, dark momentum, uncompromising drive that hits straight in the chest and keeps pushing forward.

Brickman dissolves into dub weight and atmospheric depth, bass swelling and breathing like a living organism, echoes blooming wide and warm around the floor.

Steve Pottz delivers a jazzy, live-interpreted twist — grooves that feel played, not programmed. Percussion flickers and snaps, melodic fragments shimmer like neon reflections, and the whole mix breathes with human touch and late-night heat. You can almost feel fingertips on keys, the swing in the rhythm, the electricity in the air.

This isn’t nostalgia.

It’s a living frequency returning — refracted through time, charged again, and still bending the floor to its will.

The cycle closes.
And begins again.
